A throbbing headache suggests you’ve been struck on the head. Your main objective is to escape, but you must proceed with caution and stay quiet. Granny has keen hearing; any sound you make, including dropping an item on the floor, will alert her, and she will rush towards you. You can hide in closets or under beds, but be careful not to let her find your hiding spot.
